Preparation
triphenylphosphine (0.0035mol), ammonium iodide (0.00355mol) and trimethyl orthoformate (1.5ml) were sequentially added to the two-neck flask, and stirrers were added. Heat reflux at 110 ℃ for 1 hour. After the reaction is completed, cool to room temperature, evaporate under reduced pressure to remove the solvent, and recrystallize with dichloromethane, ethyl acetate and petroleum ether. The obtained solid is washed with ethyl acetate and petroleum ether, and the white solid obtained after suction filtration is moved to a vacuum oven at 60°C for overnight drying, and the obtained solid quaternary phosphonium salt flame retardant (PFR-18) is methyl triphenyl Iodide, the yield is about 92%.
